Does anyone know how to contact Sony Computer Entertainment? (Not the automated support, but actual people?) I've been seeing quite a few pirate-sites and I'd like to specifically give them a heads-up of hackers and cheaters that I know by PSN ID. (And damn right I'm a snitch!)

what happens in automated support? you used to be able to say "Transfer me to a Representative" about 10 times and they would keep saying "I'm sorry i didn't understand that" and then transfer you anyway.....
haven't called lately so i don't know. while you're at it, call Apple and let em know i have an iPod with 13,000 songs, and i damn well didn't pay 1 dollar for each one of em... Quote:

I'm not going after individuals, but large groups. I'm glad you're going to get all huffy about it, but I want to try and help at least a little. I know you think I'm naive and I don't really care, to tell you the truth. Thanks for the reply, though, lot of help...and no, calling a rep won't help, they know less (much less) than we do. I'm not so much upset by the pirates (though if pirates ever steal any of my books on-line I will reach through the internet and strangle them- the power of hate opens many doors) but the hackers are growing out of control and if we all get a few of them banned, that will add up to thousands. You do what you can.
