DOA: Dead or Alive Canada version help.

I want to get this movie but when I searched it at Amazon.ca 3 different versions came up, 2 are PG-13 and 1 says Unrated, isn't Dimension Extreme always Unrated? so are these different versions or are they all really the same, I mean the cover looks identical on all.

One looks like the US Version. One is the Alliance version (the one for 9 bucks canadian) And the other is sold by users, which looks like the alliance version again...hard to say which is the one to buy though.

What makes the Canadian different? Why not get the US?

The Alliance version will have no special features. Alliance only puts the movie on the BD.

I thought I read somewhere that the Canada Alliance version is the only one with the better audio(DTS-HD MA 5.1) the US only had DD 5.1, I could be wrong, also is there a PG-13 and an Unrated version of this, or are all of those Unrated?

The US is PG-13

Every time I put the disk in it is stuck at "title 49"Help!!! All my other disks load just fine.
