Has anyone purchased The Four Feathers (2002) starring Heath Ledger and Kate Hudson just released in Germany???

Amazon site says it has a DTS HD English soundtrack, but no mention about the scenes that require English subtitles for Djimon Hounsou's character speaking in a native tongue. There's around 30 times during the movie it requires English subtitles.

I bought the Blu-ray from Italy several years ago and it includes an English track, but no pop-up English subtitles for Djimon Hounsou's character.

I imported this from amazon.de. Just skimmed through the movie to help answer your question and unfortunately the subs appear to be forced German throughout - even though pressing the subtitle button on my Oppo BDP-83 shows an Off position as well as a 2nd German one, the disc will not allow any changes from the default 1st German subs, and when I go to the popup menu I cannot find any subtitle setting. Note you must go to the popup menu to choose the English audio track, that selection also is not allowed by the disc during payback of the movie.
