Default Speaker Cables/HDMI Cords

I just had my electrician come out and he told me that if I'm going in-wall, it's best to just go in-wall with all of the wires to make everything look clean. He's been my electrician for quite some time now and does an incredible job with everything I ask of him and gives me great prices.

However, this all means I need some different cables than I have now. Some suggestions on different wires would be very much appreciated.

1) In-wall HDMI cable. I assume I just need one going from my UMC-1 to the TV since the rest of the cords are all just going up and down the back of the rack, which I'll get shorter HDMI cords for.

2) In-wall speaker wire. I'm going to be using 14 gauge for my MartinLogans, since that's what the company recommended me. Also, I need some for my surrounds. My assumption is I'll need 150 feet for everything (fronts and surrounds). I'll be using banana plugs on the ends of all the cables.

3) Speaker mounts for my surrounds. Each of my surrounds are small and weigh only 4 pounds.

I've been looking all over and everywhere I've found this stuff was charging WAY too much.
I need all of this before next week since that's when all of the work will be done with running wires and putting the mounts up.

In-wall Speaker wires:

Make sure you do the wiring for 7.1 setup. Use 12 gauge speaker wires. The difference in price is negligible. Also, you may want to add a projector in the future. Make sure there is a power outlet in the ceiling and do the HDMI wiring for it.

I'm not sure that I'll be upgrading to a 7.1 system anytime soon. Not to mention that I'd need a new amp and with me saving money, I don't see that happening in the near future.

This room is so small I won't ever be adding a projector. It's a bedroom haha. Once I eventually get my own place (may be in 5 years, may be longer. All depends.) I might get a projector, but for now my 1080P TV will be fine.

as bigdaddy said, monoprice.com

might I also add, consider running two HDMI cables to the TV.

Never know when you might need the extra connection.

Or (Gawd forbid), one of the cables craps-out on you!

Keep all power cords away from the HDMI cables. Don't let them touch or be very close.

Monoprice is perfect for everything except long HDMI runs, with normal cable the picture can deteriorate in a run longer than 15-25 feet. For anything longer than 25 feet, use this cable. It's expensive but worth it, they were able to run a signal over 100 feet of it with no deterioration.

Blue Jeans also carries 10 gauge speaker wire, thicker than Monoprice's thickest at 12 gauge.
