Hello, I have an Insignia NS-BDLIVE01 player, and the BD Live on it won't work! In the setup menu, it registers that it is connected to the internet, and I have an 8GB USB 3.0 stick plugged in, but none of my discs let me access BD Live content! I have the most current firmware on it too. The website for the player is: http://insigniaproducts.com/products...-BDLIVE01.html.
Am I doing something wrong? ![]() |

The most current firmware is installed. I have cleared the BD Storage before, but I guess I could try it again. I don't see why it wouldn't accept the USB 3.0 drive; it is supposed to be compatible with USB 2.0 slots.

Yes USB 3.0 drives do work with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. The problem is some brands and models of flash memory are not compatible with some models of Blu-ray players. Try another USB drive to see if the problem is a flash drive incompatibility. Also make sure the USB flash drive is formatted for FAT32 or FAT16. The player does not support NTFS or ExFAT for BD-LIVE.
