Blu-ray.com, in conjunction with HBO, is pleased to announce another exciting giveaway. This time, three lucky Blu-ray.com members will win a copy of the 4-disc Blu-ray release of Treme: The Complete First Season.

To enter, readers must reside in the U.S. and need only to participate in the poll that appears above. Simply choose your favorite HBO original dramatic television series (there is no right or wrong answer), sit back and wait to see if you've won. Voting will close at 11:59 PM PST on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, and three, randomly selected winners will be notified via private message by Friday, April 8, 2011. I'm a big fan of most of HBO's originals, but Six Feet Under is the best in my opinion. I've watched the complete series at least 3 times, and would pick it up in a heartbeat if it was released in Blu.

As much as I love and adore Six Feet Under,(I've seen the series three times through) I had to go with Carnivale because no other show as filled me with such wonder. It's a shame it got canceled at the end of such a big cliffhanger.

The Wire could possibly be one of the best shows on ALL of TV in the last two decades!
A huge +1 to seeing The Wire making it's way onto blu-ray.

I wonder if there might be a *minor* age factor there.

People in their mid-twenties and younger basically grew up with HBO/Showtime original series (serieses?

) where people a few years older might give The Sopranos something of a tie-breaker for basically ushering in that type of adult series.

And absolutely check out The Wire. It's freaking fanstastic and can hold its own against anything else out there.

I had to go with Six Feet Under, the quality was there every season. Though, I have yet to watch to The Wire.

This poll is pretty darn funny. HBO basically asking us which show we love the most. And the ones that are doing the best(minus sopranos of course) are the ones that HBO either almost canceled, or did cancel before they had a chance to run their course...

Maybe HBO can learn a lesson from this. Quit killing the good stuff that will last the test of time.
