dam i pre-ordered the US version, should i cancel? Artificial Eye usually do a great job with their blu-rays.

will probably end up getting both, then sell the inferior one

It is the shorter International cut. The only place outside of Japan I can see getting the longer cut (and English friendly) is Hong Kong, pending a HK company releases it and port the Japanese disc.

One can only hope the stuff removed at least makes it on the disc as deleted scenes.

Big fan of Miike so this has caught my eye. No extended cut though so far outside Japan? I wonder why that is. I also wonder if Aritificial Eye will be giving as another crappy middle of the road release http://www.artificial-eye.com/film.p...ema=13assasins
