It was suggested to me that I should start a thread dedicated to apps for Apple iDevices. Following is a list of apps that I like and usually recommend to others when they are looking for something.

Not sure if this helps, but these are the common ones I use. There are a ton of other apps which I use and are more specific to my needs. I did not note which ones are free and which ones are not as I honestly cannot remember which were free and which ones had to be paid for. Sorry. Maybe I'll go back and note prices, but for now, here is my list.

I may add some additional ones after playing around with a few I recently downloaded.

HBO GO
Xfinity TV!
Infinity Blade!

Netflix is good too if you like sorting through really crappy movies and TV shows to find the good stuff. Of course it only works if you have a netflix account.

I did not list them because I do not have HBO, I am not an Xfinity TV subscriber, I have never played Infinity Blade (but I am going to go check it out ), nor do I have a Netflix account.

However, I'm not sure how we want this thread to evolve. Do you want me to keep adding recommended apps to the first post, or keep the first post as the ones I use and others just add theirs on their own post?

I'm open to either to be honest.

I think that it would be good if you added other people's recommendations to the first post, that way people who wanted to find some good apps would not have to search through a whole bunch of posts.

Oh, I was assuming you were list building there. You need to subscribe to Netflix. Keep that iPad busy!
