I had a bit of a look around and didn't find a thing related to a dvd release,
even amazon.co.jp only had Iron Chef America listed.

I'm pretty sure a DVD release hasn't been produced thus far, as I would have bought these in a heartbeat. It would make for a somewhat expensive collection, seeing as each episode ran for an hour and there were 272 of them, as well as 25 specials.

A search for 料理の鉄人 in the Video/DVD section of the Fuji TV website doesn't bring up any results. On amazon.co.jp, it does bring up some VHS tapes, but they're from third-party sellers, so you won't be able to buy them outside Japan.

I couldn't find anything when I searched for it in the Merchandise section of the Fuji TV website. When I visited Fuji TV in '99, a few months after they stopped producing the regular show, they still had Iron Chef merchandise in the gift shop, so I'm thinking the show is so old now they're not interested in producing DVDs or other merchandise for it.
