I wanted to like this movie, but I couldn't help but laugh at it the entire time.

Huge pass for me.

I enjoyed this movie especially since Maggie Q. is in this. I hope it will get a sequel but none of this PG-13 stuff. Looking forward to the unrated version in 3D!

I read some of the Korean manga(not Japanese) for Priest back when Tokyopop was releasing it in America, but I never had any interest to see this movie.

To be honest, I was quite surprised they actually made a live action movie out of it at all.

I was interested until I found out it was PG-13 (trailer made it look like it was going to be R), so I gave it a pass after hearing that the film felt very chopped up to get that rating.

I'll give the Unrated Version a look. I'm a fan of Karl Urban.

I'm not sure what critics were expecting. I went in with no expectations and I really, really enjoyed it for what it is. My only complaint is that it felt way too short, but other than that, it's fun and to the point. I'll get in when it comes out on blu-ray, being a Columbia release, I'm sure it will look and sound amazing!

I have no desire to watch this movie...but you liked the One and a host of other awful movies...so you calling any movie crap is laugh out loud funny.

It's one thing to say you have no desire to watch a movie. It's a completely different thing to call it crap just because you didn't like it. There are people who did like it, like myself.

Confusing. The pg-13 version is 87 min, but the Unrated is also 87 min....

i heard the director say that the unrated version will have more blood added back in but no mention if any new scenes

also the blu-ray i believe has both versions the back cover at dvdempire says unrated and PG-13

No it wasn't. It was a good dumb fun action movie. If you go in expecting the Godfather your going to be disappointed but if you go in with low expectations and looking for a decent action flick you will enjoy it.
