Been waiting so long for this. i cant believe it was released in 2007 when the DVD came out

We will have a review shortly, but I wanted to quickly mention that the UK disc has optional English SDH subtitles - and they get big

from me

*The Canadian disc does not have any subtitles (normal or SDH).

Also, the UK disc uses an entirely different VC-1 encoded transfer. The disc also comes with a slipcover (in case you care).

Nitin,

I no longer have the German disc with me. However, the German transfer is practically identical to the Canadian one. When I did the review for the Canadian release, I had the German release with me and compared it to the Canadian release.

As I mentioned in the review, the fact that the UK release has optional English SDH subtitles places it at the very top for me.

I assume you already have the German release and are wondering whether it is worth to upgrade?

yes I have the german release. The reason I was asking was because it only used about 14gb for the feature and although I couldnt notice any compression on a 55" screen, I want to be future proof.
