Been getting great reviews! No talk of it around here though

94% and 89% on rottentomatoes. Looks good to me. Anyone seen it? I may blind buy. Looks like a movie I'll enjoy and enjoy with repeated viewings.

If it's anywhere near as good as McCarthy's first two (The Station Agent and The Visitor) it will be a must buy for me. Probably will give it a rent first to see what I think, but I'm a pretty big Paul Giamatti fan so I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

Yes talk of it around here. I made a thread that went dead. I thought this was one of the best of the year. Definitely getting this and Barney's Version. They did so poorly at the box office that they'll probably be expensive for a very long time. I know BV came out, and hasn't dropped below $30 yet. So sad. Giamatti was fantastic in both.

Giamatti is one of my favorite actors right now. I'm very interested in seeing this one but the Amazon price is $28.99 right now I think, way too steep for me. Hoping for a price drop fairly soon.

One of the best films of the year. Sad to see no love here for it.

I hear ya. I have price tracking on it set for $17, but I'd probably pay 20. But 23? Sorry amazon, but no.

Good flick, though. McCarthy is a consistently good director so far. Three for three for me.
