I think I've redeemed all my receipts. Were you after something special?

I was going to sign up to this, but then i noticed this.

Quote:
Redeem credit here in increments of £2, £5, £10 and £20 which can used in-store at hmv (not online at hmv.com)
Sucks, they'd have more people join if it was for online credit.

The store credit isn't really worth it in the long run. I have enough points for an EMPIRE subscription for 12 months but that's just enough for £10 of store credit. You'd think they'd offer more store credit as it's their store!

I've got about 360,000 but there's not much to spend it on. Last few years they had awesome holidays for about 300,000 or so and typically as soon as I had enough points the holidays have stopped.
As the points only last 2 years I've had to start spending them so I got a bunch of limited edition film posters

Can anyone explain something to me?

Yesterday when i was in the store someone sold me a PureHMV card for £3. He told me if you buy the card for £3 you will get £10 credit to use. That sounded good, essentially a free £7 right?

Anyway i registered the card today and i can't find this £10 credit anywhere, just 2000 pure points. Was he BS'ing me or have i missed something somewhere?
