It's now OOP... Sometimes studios do that. They delete the DVD and re-release it in a special edition DVD/Blu-ray format... hopefully that's happening in this case.

Explorers was one of my favorite movies growing up. It was so off-beat and entertaining, too. A Blu-Ray would be most welcome. Paramount are investing more and more into their catalogue releases. Who knows? We might get lucky.

I was told the other day from a guy in HMV that he heard it WAS coming out on blu-ray

I hope he's right
