I'm torn between which Lion King I want! I hate making decisions like this haha...

I really want the Trilogy set, but the packaging sucks, and I also really want that Metal pack. Can't buy both, so gotta choose one or the other.
I'm kind of wishing FS did here what BB does in the States, with the Metal Pack being a separate item you pick up upon pre-order of the set, so that way I could have both! haha

Zellers has the 2D version on for 25 bucks, plus a collector's bowl. Kinda neat, but again. I'm waiting to buy in the states. I need something to buy on my trip, since the food processor I was going to buy went on sale for half price at Zellers this week. 30 bucks is a steal for that Hamilton Beach food processor.

Oh and btw, I didn't had any problem with the coupon at FS with the metal edition.
Even bought 3 with 3 coupons (3 separate transactions) for me, sist and niece without any problem. CSR just had to check if this was 1 per customer and wasn't.

I went and they denied it. The online price is to reflect a lack of coupon for people who decided to get it shippedinstead of heading to the store. You might get lucky and find a csr willing to do some magic for you.

Went to FS this morning before work, figured I better since I wanted the special metal pack casing. Glad I did since they only had 10 and a whole shelf of the regular blu ray casings for the Lion King. If I headed there after work they would probably be sold out of the metal ones.

Suffice to say, the metal casing is very sweet. The design and black and copper colour palette just bring it out.

34.99 - 8.00 coupon came to 26.99 + tax for the 4 disc set.

Just got back from BB (Whitby, Ont.) and they honoured the $24.99 website price and also took off the $8 coupon (and they threw in a free lunch box too!).

They did have a little trouble getting it programmed in though. At first they altered the store price to match the website price. Then they popped the coupon on there, but it wouldn't change the price, so they altered the price down the extra 8 dollars.

16.99 before tax in the end, and no problems with CSR or higher up employees who had to approve the price changes with their passwords.
