I've got two questions about the CA release of Jackie Brown ...

1. Is this the same transfer and audio as the US release?

2. Does this come with a slipcover?

I ordered from amazon and didnt receive it yet but i went the best buy and the set seems too be in a digipak type box

Whoa, that's awesome! The US release is a plain old Amaray. If you get a chance, would you mind posting a pic of it when you get it?

Go to the north american thread for Jackie Brown it looks really good

The data on the disc is the same as the US release, so video, audio, extras, etc. all the same

The only difference I know of is that the Alliance release has 5.1 DTS-HD Audio and 2.0 Dolby Digital Quebecois French ONLY.

And ONLY English and French subs

Also, both Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown come with bonus DVDs as well.

Thanks for the info. I saw the pics on the other thread and the slipbox packaging looks really nice, so if the transfer and DTS-HD mix is the same, I'm gonna order it from Amazon.ca.
