Title says it all really - I'm thinking of stunning transfers of great films.

Patton should be a contender, but from the reviews the transfer lets it down.

Yeah, why not.

I was thinking of older movies, but not really worried as long as they are damn good (in terms of movie quality and transfer).

Saints and Soldiers is an amazing film! Highly recommend it. It is only available in the UK and Germany. The UK version is Region Free and Germany's version is Region B.

I missed that one. I own the UK version and it has great PQ/AQ.

I have the UK one as well. It has what ever movie needs. Great PQ/AQ and a wonderful story.
