The only "BOOBOO" I see here is that if you have to go the Mail-in rout, you will have a problem sending your UPC code from the box to Samsung and the BDA for their 5 free movies.

If you get the Player from BestBuy you can get the 2 movies (MUCH BETTER SELECTION) and get your player with the UPC so that you can send it to the BDA for the 5 free movies.

yes they count b/c they still have to be scanned on the registers, thus their UPC barcode goes through the system as sold.
