Anybody reckon they'll ever take the time and money to polish this enormous documentary series up for Blu-ray release? If they don't I'll get the DVD boxset.

Yes the DVD boxset for under £50 is seems worthwhile, and again, it'll probably not see a Blu release in the near future.

I don't think it'll come out in the near future with all the more modern and popular releases like Planet Earth, Life and Frozen Planet. It's less than fifty pounds and you certainly get your money's worth:
