My Modest Set Up

Just my little set-up for my bedroom. does the trick for the small space. Using a dresser as my stand for now but if guys have any recommendations for anything that will work well with this equipment i would love to hear ideas. Looking to get a new stand maybe this week.



















and this is how i have my surround back speakers set-up. Just didn't take pics of the back rear speakers.

Nice bedroom setup you have.

My suggestions would be to get the new stand to start with so you can separate your components & not have them stacked. Heat is not a good thing for the components especially the receiver, Having things stacked on it can cause it to over heat

Then maybe think of upgrading the speakers to something a little better then those satellites you have. Knowing room may be a problem they make good bookshelf speakers that will sound better.

Also on the surround speakers, Ideally you want then about 2 feet above your ears to either side. Maybe you could find some mounts to put them on the wall.

Do you have any recommendations on good speakers? my friend tried to get me to buy these infinity speakers from Best Buy. They were on sale. Had good reviews on the site but i didn't know enough about them.

The best thing to do with speakers is to listen to different ones if you can. We all hear things differently & what may sound good to me might not to you.

Infinity makes a good speaker. You have a Bet Buy near you so go listen to a couple of different types of speakers to see what you like.
