Terminator play.com steel - Blu-ray Forum

Im from USA but want to import a copy. I visited play.com, and there is no steelbook available for pre order, just the standard blu-ray case. Anyone know why?

It's a limited edition, 4000 copies I believe. they do sometimes have stock closer to or after the release date from cancelled pre-orders / returns. Sometimes they increase the price so bear that in mind. Also Play.com don't ship internationally.

To clarify Play ship to Europe, but not the US where the OP lives.

Also if you are a European customer living outside the UK you have to pay in Euros not Pounds and it at Play's own conversion rate. They have a Pound and Euro price for every item depending where you live.

Check eBay the day after it's release. I'm sure the a**holes that bulk buy will be selling it on, at inflated prices of course.

I think they increased it to 5000 but obviously the rest of your comments and comments made in this thread still apply.

One has to wonder why Play still allow customers to buy up to five copies of the steelbook? Of course, there are honest legitimate people on this forum who are buying them for colleagues in the USA etc, but Play cannot be blind to the fact that some spivs are attempting to sell them at a 400% profit.
Sadly, I suppose as long as there are suckers out there who will keep paying these exorbitant prices, this scenario will always happen.
