Hello all,new to this site!
I'm watching TESS right now,and I must say this transfer is excellent,picture is top notch regarding the movie being from 1979.
My favourite Polanski-movies are Chinatown,The Ninth Gate and The Ghost (Writer).

Chinatown is probably my favourite of his movies also. I also really like Bitter Moon, Ninth Gate and Frantic.

I studied the book and watched the film for English Literature

May get it at some point.

Heres to hoping the BFI release is just a direct port from the french release. That near perfect across the board score has got me all hot and bothered :P

I hope not , the English track has forced subtitles on the French release
