Blu ray region codes Vs DVD region codes - Blu-ray Forum

I am hoping if anyone can HELP me with this ???

I am really fond of my Superbit DVDs and I was hoping to import a couple more SUPERBIT titles like Gladiator & Jurassic Park Trilogy. Since the regular DVD's are coded differently with region codes 1, 2, 3, 4...etc, I was wondering if these will play on BLURAY player.

The dvd region codes will apply the same to a blu-ray player. No mercy!
