Thanks. I like the black levels. Easily the No. 1 film of the year. Blind buy.

Bought it from Flipkart and it's on the way...

Why is this movie still not listed into the Bluray.com database?

The inner bar codes and numerical digits in the inner diameter of the actual disc are in pirated discs? R pirated Hindi blu rays big in India?

I've no problems keeping the terminator blu ray as I was going to buy it anyway. I'm also quite certain it will be a batch issue as I'm quite sure this is genuine. Hence the request for a way to contact reliance home video to alert them of a possible bigger issue. Also its not a bd-r.

Recalls for us/eu/UK bds have always been based on the digits in the inner diameter.

Anyway, thanks for all the suggestions.

For barcodes, I was referring to normal fake ones, so that it looks original.
Anyways, you will find the contact details of customer support on the back cover of the disc, at the bottom. Even a contact number.

I don't understand the problem. Barfi is about a terminator from the future.

Got a reply from reliance hvg rep/vendor. They will send out replacement. They hv also investigated the issue and identified how/where it could hv happened. It is not a batch issue and an isolated case.

Kudos to how Sony dadc and Reliance hvg handled the issue.

I have a relative that is in Bombay tomorrow and Wednesday only. I have placed an order for some BD's from Flipkar that are being delivered tomorrow.

Barfi is out of stock on Flipkart unfortunately. Does anyone know of a reputable company that could deliver for it me on short notice?

Try Infibeam , they are quite reliable and you might just get a better deal than flipkart there , they provide COD Facility as well , just in case.

Your relative could pick it up from Rhythm House, Kala Ghoda, if going that side of town. Induna is a reliable place for getting stuff, but I doubt most online stores will assuredly deliver within 2 days.
