I personally think Django is much much better than The Avengers, but my pediction is that The Avengers will win.

#20 is now Ted (Sinister is off the list at #21 now)

That being said, here is how my original order is doing so far:

Dang, would have liked to see Arrietty, Brave, and Cloud Atlas ranked higher. I probably ranked Brave higher than anyone. And with that those are the first three from my list.

2. Brave (#32)
8. Cloud Atlas (#31)
14. The Secret World of Arrietty (#39)

40.) Armour - have not seen
39.) Arrietty - ok. nothing special
38.) Killing Them Softly - Haven't seen
37.) Paranorman - Pretty damn decent for an animated film. kinda strangelypaced but the score by JOn Brion was wonderful.
36.) Killer Joe - Excellent film. Made my top 20. Just wonderful pulpy demented fun.
35.) Expendables 2 - meh . it was ok but just not enough effort went into this yet again
34.) Safety Not Guaranteed - very impressive funny indie.
33.) End of Watch - Walked out of for a few different reasons. I found this to grossly depict African-American and LAtinos to a rather unsetting extent.
32.) Brave - was ok. wouldnt make my top list but it was better than bugs life , monsters INc. , Cars 2 and the toy story films
31.) Cloud Atlas - my #2. Excellent (slightly flawed) beautiful masterpiece.
30. Lawless - Was hoping for more from this after the Proposition but Chastain is so damn beautiful
29. Beasts of the S. Wild- interesting but very overrated.
28. Flight- Very impressively acted and scripted and an enjoyable watch from beginning to end
27. Dredd- Decent B movie.
26. The Raid - Excellent. Such a kick-ass impressive action flick
