So are Spidey 1 & 2 coming to Blu separately anytime soon?

im contemplating wheather i should open my trilogy or not, anyone know if they will be released seperatley, and if so, do you have a solid date or anything close

I am not sure when they will release the first and second one seperatly. But why would I buy those two if I can get all three for the price of two? $60 for the trilogy is like buy two get one free :-)
So just go and buy them tomorrow...

From reading other threads it seems like many dont care to have part 3.

Spider-Man 3 is like the 2nd best Spider-Man movie. But i see more often on here that its the extras that no one really cares about. Sure its a let down but hey we get Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man 2.1 i believe on the same disc if i heard right. Besides with having Spider-Man 2.1 it has the only extra i want built into the movie which is deleted scenes put into the movie. As long as it has great sound and great picture i could care less about the little details. But i also heard on here that Spider-Man 1 is not as great of a transfer oh well that one wasnt that good anyways.

Nope, I enjoyed it as well...and I also liked reloaded, but oh well. Guess we're in the same category of weirdness.

I'm going with the review that smells a separate-release double-dip (with extras on 1 & 2) coming--
And knowing Sony's talent for double, triple and quadruple-dips, I'm staking my gamble on it.
(For the exact same Sony reason that I'm holding off on getting any new versions of Holy Grail or Labyrinth/Dark Crystal...Like Spiderman, there are some titles that Sony just plain can't let go.)

Now, as for whether Warner's Harry Potter movies ever get released separately, that's different.

Well, I've just watched SM3 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I've only seen SM1 previously and wasn't a great fan.

I guess those who are into comics and the Spiderman world may not like SM3, but as a standalone popcorn movie it's great.

I think it's like the matrix box set on hd-dvd, they are only available as a set. All the ad's I have seen have only had the set, the movies by them selves might be available later. Circuit City had the box set for $60 if I remember correctly, the Spiderman 3 BD is $27.99 by it self, in that case by the set.

I have heard that some Hollywood stores have tested blu-ray rentals, more likely the one's with a game crazy I would assume are most likely to be these test stores.

In the new released Spider-Man High Definition Trilogy, Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 contain only the films and lack the special features found in the special editions of their DVD counterparts.

Buy the trilogy. Sell the third movie if you don't want it on ebay. I am sure you can get $21 (include free shipping) and it will sell in four hours or less.

Why does everyone not understand the logic in this? I know it is a little more work, but whats the big deal.

buy the trilogy and sell #3 thats what I was gonna do but after watching it #3 is really alot of fun even if they f'ed up the story a bit so Im happy with all 3
