I have a soft spot in my heart for this film since it was the first 'Harryhausen' film I saw in the theater.

That's precisely why they deserve the

emoticon. They're an incompetent studio that doesn't release anything anymore, despite their company being the biggest backer of the damn format. They already released the first of the trilogy 5 years ago. They could have easily done the same for the remaining 2. Now anyone who owns that one, will have to spend nearly $70 to complete the trilogy.

gawd-dang it... another Harryhausen from TT, now I have to get it... I was hoping for a box set of all 3, but this ties a knot in that.

EDIT: Didn't see the other thread announcing the other Sinbad title. Well, at least they are finally out on Blu-Ray and I can save on shipping...

I have been waiting for "Krull" as well so let's hope it's on the way.

I am also waiting for "First Men in the Moon". Both of these films were pretty sharp on DVD so they will make an excellent Blu-ray.

With the addition of "The Golden Voyage of Sinbad" and "Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger" my Harryhausen HD collection is getting closer to completion.

Another favorite of mine from my early teen years, hopefully SOMEONE will be releasing this in the near future. Although I would prefer another studio other then TT for this particular release, I will still shell out for it, much like I did for Enemy Mine to have this in my collection, should TT be the studio that gets this title.
