Have there been any movies yet that either have a character say the word "Blu-ray" or put a Blu-ray on their tv?

Another TV show reference: on Eastbound & Down Kenny Powers suggests that a grieving family watch some "high definition Blu-rays" on his recently-deceased friend's television. His Russian nemesis also throws a party as DJ Blu-ray.

He also steals a copy of a Friends DVD and tries to pass it off as part of the "Criterion's Collection" and later warns his Mexican half-brother against de-alphabetizing his Criterions.
