Default iTunes Extras?

Thanks to the debacle release that was "Star Trek Into Darkness", I've recently become aware of bonus features that are exclusive to iTunes.

Going through the films that I've downloaded before I gave up on Digital Copies, I've noticed that alot of the films I own come with iTunes Extras.

Is there a definitive list of which films come with bonus features exclusive to iTunes?

These are the ones I know about so far:
Star Trek Into Darkness
Jurassic Park
The Lost World: Jurassic Park
Jurassic Park III
Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes
Super 8
X-Men: First Class
Thor
Sherlock Holmes
Star Trek

Check the iTunes Spreadsheet for USA from Blurays, it states what has extras.

Can I download just the extras separately or does it get downloaded when I download the movie?

Also, is there any way to make a normal DRM-free mp4 movie file appear as an iCLoud purchase by editing the metadata?

You can download the extras separately. I already answered that earlier today when you asked it in the main Into Darkness thread.

I don't think so since the only movies that appear in iCloud are movies that you've actually purchased (either directly through iTunes or via a digital copy code). And even if there is, discussion of such probably skirts the rules of what is allowed to be talked about here since you're attempting to trick iCloud into thinking you've purchased something that you haven't actually bought in that form (which is basically stealing).

Many of those titles (possibly all of the actually, save for Into Darkness) don't have iTunes exclusive bonus features. Their iTunes Extras are just some of the bonus features from the physical discs. Having such a major feature be iTunes only is what makes Into Darkness so different (and such a source of disdain from many).

Actually, there are quite a few on there that have extras exclusive to iTunes.
Super 8 for example. The iTunes download features a tie-in "game" and a prequel comic.
If both of those are on the physical disc, I couldn't find them.

The game isn't very good, lol.

Well, I was referring to video-based content, particularly given the launching pad of Into Darkness for the thread.

Neighbors - Audio commentary
22 Jump Street - Itunes exclusive featurette: "Ssshhhh: The Deleted Library Scene"
