Admittedly cool tech, but I don't think it will amount to Iphones and Ipads with 3D screens, because they would have to use the same glasses free tech. The 3D phones they made a few years ago made a splash and then vanished, nobodies made one since then. Ditto glasses free 3d laptops. Really the only thing still viable that has a portable 3D screen is the 3DS, and Nintendo has even been downplaying that aspect lately as well.
Not that aren't a lot of cool other things you could do with the senor, of course - there are tons of possibilities. But a sudden portable 3d screen revolution is not going to be one of them. |
