Pre-ordered. This is a guilty pleasure of mine.

I'm just curious as to what studio is actually releasing this. There is no info on Amazon about it. I know the DVD was released by Universal and was loaded with special features. Hopefully those features are on the Blu-ray as well and hopefully the transfer for this is good. Universal has a reputation for having some not so good transfers for their catalog titles.

BTW, if you've never seen this before, shame on you!

LOVED this movie as a kid. I'll probably pick it up just for nostalgia's sake.

Well seeing as I was an adult when this movie came out, and I still liked it... this should be a purchase for me... at least I can retire my 4 movie dvd pack that contains this movie... shows that any movie in any genre, it it is well made, can be entertaining to anyone

Getting this but keeping the awful fullscreen DVD for the bonus features. Going to make my own combo pack. One of the reasons why I liked this film as a kid was because of Amanda Bynes. Was and still a fan of The Amanda Show.

In case people haven't seen it, this movie was released a couple of days ago.

I for one am excited, if for the simple reason that this movie is finally going to be available in a proper aspect ratio. The DVD was 4:3 only, even though the movie was shown widescreen in theaters. According to blu-ray.com, this movie is in 1:85:1 aspect ratio.

Well we know what is up with Amanda Bynes, but whatever happened to Frankie Muniz. Last I saw him was in an episode of Criminal Minds, so he must be doing alright...

Loved this movie too.

He had a heart attack a year or so back. I think he's been trying to stay out of the spotlight since the end of Malcolm in the Middle. Last I saw of him was an episode of Don't Trust the B- in Apartment 23, which was great and cancelled.

$10 is my price point for this title. I'll pick it up eventually.

On a related note, it's nice to see that Amanda Bynes has got her life back on track as I've always thought she was a talented actress.

I remember wearing out the DVD of this (mostly because of the trailers and Spyro

Looks like it was re-issued in 2019 with no digital copy and has been about $19.99 on amazon since it launched.

Did anyone else order this on Amazon and get the disc for the sequel 'Bigger Fatter Liar' inside of the case for this movie? I wonder if that was a genuine mistake or if it was some bootlegger situation.

I would assume it’s a manufacturer error.

When I was little I got a 2-pack of the first two Soccer Dog movies, and both discs were the second one.

Given how absolutely shitty Amazon is, your best bet is sadly paying full price for another copy. Sorry this happened to you.
