Why many lowest priced titles don't show up

I am always searching the lowest price deals to pick up more titles, but there are so many titles which don't show up.
For example, Basic Instinct is currently $6 but never shows up in the Lowest Prices Deals section.
How can I review the many low price deals which never appear in the list?

Our deals criteria is quite narrow and we have been aware of this issue for quite some time. We have now adjusted it a bit so more titles should pop up (including Basic Instinct) in the lowest price deals.

I appreciate the response; I know how busy you are.

If there were just some way to list 'all' the titles under a certain threshold, I'd be buying a lot more titles, which would mean a lot more click-throughs for you.

my collection probably consists of 1500-2000 titles purchased via blu-ray.com

I'd be happy with a simple text dump... anything.
