I told everyone this would probably get a Blu-ray release.

Both Beware the Batman and Batman: The Brave and The Bold turned out quite well from Warner Archive.

Yes, this show only ran for one season of 26 episodes. The story it tells is largely complete.

Warner rocks! What a deal, the entire series almost 10 hours. I bet they will have some great extra features. I can't even imagine how amazing this will look on Blu-ray! DTS-MA please!?! The stories and character development was great. It is really difficult to pull off the Seven Dwarf scenario in animation and they did it here. No one thought you would care so much about animated characters until Disney proved it with Snow White in 39.

Now we wait for Justice League Unlimited on one Blu-ray release next...

The Amazon.com preorder linked in the first post is a lot less than $45. Do they tack on VAT or excessive shipping charges or something?

I noticed that a few days ago. Wished I'd pre-ordered it then. Oh, well. I think I'll wait for another price drop before blind buying this.

Yes they want almost $20 to cover shipping and import fees.

It took a while to get going but I loved how it ended... it's a shame it never got a chance to continue on as the 2nd season undoubtedly would have been superior to the first.

How do people rate this, Beware the Batman, and Young Justice in relation to one another (or the DCAU)? I'm a DCAU faithful so I love Justice League et al, but could never get into these for some reason.
