- Audio Problems on Disk 1, Disk 3 and Disk 4.
- - Issue has been fixed since 2012 - Look for the YELLOW BarCode!

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines
- Video issues - Plays in 1080i unless Picture in Picture is turned on
- Issue has been corrected since 2008

Total Recall (2012)
- Audio Issues
- Issue has NOT been corrected
- No issue with the 4k Version

Audio issue with Total Recall original release disc was never corrected. Only 4K remastered version has proper audio. (Last I checked.)

just read about first pressings of The Bishop's Wife having a glitch I had never known about.
don't know what the glitch is or where it occurs in the film, but replacement discs were prepared by Warner.
Pinocchio disc was missing an off screen comment that was corrected on replacement discs.
