I redeemed "Her" on VUDU a bit ago and it redeemed SD, despite the slip saying Digital HD copy and the slip coming from a BD/DVD combo pack. I posted a message on the VUDU forums about it and it is still waiting moderator approval, but I just found it weird as I've never had an issue with VUDU before (Godzilla codes notwithstanding). Anyway, just wondered if anyone else has had this same issue?
Can't wait to watch the film, but hoping to watch it in HD the first time! ![]() |

Ah, sorry I missed that, didn't want to start a new thread, but wanted to see if others are having the same issue. I know Clark well from the PIF thread. Never had to resort to VUDU Support as I've been lucky in terms of redemption, but it a rather unnecessary hassle.

Update: My "copy" is now HDX. Really satisfied with the extremely quick turnaround and easy fix. If anyone else is having issues, try PM'ing DanielH your email address on the VUDU forums. Must say, I'm relatively new to the whole digital thing, but I'm sold as a fan and a user.

The normal customer service reps won't fix the same issue for me with Her.
![]() It is generally a mountain of frustration dealing with VUDU's customer service, who I have found to be slow and actively hostile towards most customers' inquiries. The lower service reps are clearly undertrained and most responses are seemingly filled out from a very limited script. |
