Too bad she was a tot when Diff'rent Strokes was on. She could've been Sam McKinney's (Danny Cooksey's character) younger cousin. Or, she could've been Mr. Drummond's (RIP Conrad Bain) niece or great niece.

She’s not a natural blonde. Like Katherine Heigl (Emilie’s former Roswell co star), Dana Plato (may she Rest In Peace) and Lisa Whelchel, who guest starred on a few episodes of Diff’rent Strokes with the late Dana Plato, Emilie has brown roots underneath the blonde locks.

But yes, she’s a total babe and sweetheart, with moral character to boot.

If there was a Diff’rent Strokes remake about 20 years ago, Emilie would’ve been a prime candidate to play Kimberly Drummond. And Miss de Ravin would never do or say a thing in real life that doesn’t fit the wholesome image of Kimberly Drummond.
