Default Christmas Specials?

What ones do you guys watch? For me, there's so many. If I had to pick a favorite movie, it would be The Polar Express.

Though I haven't seen it aired on TV in recent years - perhaps I've simply missed it - my favorite would probably be The Year Without a Santa Claus (1974). I have the Blu-ray on my list to buy, so hopefully I'll pick it up soon.

This. I got the bluray last year.

A Christmas Story and Jingle All The Way are my other favorites.

"A Charlie Brown Christmas" is always at the top of my list, along with "Rudolph" and "Frosty the Snowman".

Filmwise. My wife loves A Christmas Story (which doesn't do too much for me - the different take on it might be because she is American and I am British). We both love Scrooged. Honourable mentions go to Die Hard, Gremlins and Muppet Christmas Carol.

Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol is a must watch, and definitely my favorite version of A Christmas Carol. A Christmas Story, A Charlie Brown Christmas, Christmas Vacation, Claymation Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street, Mickey's Christmas Carol, and A Garfield Christmas are all great too.

It's weird, but I'm almost 36 and I have never seen Rudolph or any of the other Rankin/Bass stop-motion specials. But I have seen Frosty the Snowman, which I've always enjoyed.

A Charlie Brown Christmas and A Garfield Christmas have always been favorites as well.

There's also an old Disney special called A Disney Channel Christmas that aired in 1983. My family recorded it on VHS and it was a big favorite to watch each year when I was growing up. I've since made my own personal DVR copy so that I can continue to enjoy it these days. It always takes me back.

And I love, love, love the 1984 television version of A Christmas Carol starring George C. Scott. It's my absolute favorite version. I didn't first see it until my 5th grade class watched it in 1989, but I've watched it every single Christmas season since then. It's absolutely wonderful.
