Blu-ray Grand Duke

I've only recently started using UV copies as previously the services in the UK were quite poor but now that Blinkbox has a PS3 App and there are new providers popping up. I've started looking at some of my older titles to redeem their codes. Unfortunately some of the titles seem to have expired. Is there any chance of getting these redeemed or having new codes? they've just run out in the last few months, most of my newer titles run though to 2017. It's annoying as I don't open BDs until I watch them and most of the ones I've got only have an expiry date on the flyer inside.
Should I contact UltraViolet? or the studios? or am I out of luck? |

Yes, try contacting the studios. Some may be willing to issue you replacement codes for the ones that have expired.
I'm not sure of the UK side of things but studios like Universal and Warner are pretty good when it comes to issuing US replacements. Other studios like Sony won't do it. Let us know how you make out. |
