I can see WB releasing The Naked Spur on Warner Archives, but I don't see Universal rushing to put out the others.

I think I've seen all the films in the Universal James Stewart Western DVD box, on the telly in HD, including my favourite, Bend Of The River. A beautiful looking HD b/w Winchester '73 is still on my planner. Come on Universal, let's have an HD version of that box.

I think Winchester '73 is the best of the bunch. It would be nice if Universal would lease out their titles to other companies besides Criterion.
