its been around forever it seems and now I finally wish to get rid of it.
any one know what car can use this?

It's bent in a few places. Looks like a honda or toyota wheel...If it was me, I'd trash it.

Do like everyone else in Kentucky, bolt it to the garage wall and wrap your garden hose around it.
