The Voices (2014) - Blu-ray Forum

Does anyone know if The Voices is getting a wide release? It says it is starting Feb 6th but I cannot find any showtimes anywhere. I'm assuming this may end up in smaller, art-house theaters. I'll keep looking around but if anyone has any info I'd love to know.

Ended up watching this on VOD last night off of Amazon prime. Was really good. A good mix or dark and comedy although it leans more towards dark. Probably Reynolds best work to date. "Buried" is right up there too. Recommend to people who like dark quasi-quirky movies.

On a side note, even though I have a fast internet connection and I was running through a PS4 the damn picture would pixelate and drop out of HD resolution every couple of minutes. Just more proof for me that streaming is a very far ways away from being perfect (let alone tolerable).

This movie was misinterpreted by the trailers to me. The trailers promised something a tad more comedic. The film itself was a bit of a bummer. Not bad, just a bummer.

That said, it did go from being an okay movie to being a great movie in the final minutes. I lost my shit at that ending. Most unexpected. Most welcome. More batshit insane than the rest of the movie too.

It's a good movie, it's the best role Ryan Reynolds had. The movie is crazy and a little bit fun. The 2 pets are incredible too :-) I really love the cat!
