This will depend solely on the art. I already have the trilogy, so if this isn't spectacular art, pass.

I've already put my copy of the tin up for sale, glad to get rid of it. Thought it was cool at first but ultimately grew to hate the damn thing. It was a lazy design, with a crappy eco pack and generic disc art and no title on the tin itself- just bad all around. The studios have no concept of creativity whatsoever. Maybe these French steels will remedy this.

I like the tin, and will be keeping it, but I'm interested to see what they come up with here.
If it's original poster art, this goes from maybe to automatic!

Default Mad Max trilogy French individual Steelbooks

Just saw they have all 3 mad max films up on amazon.fr.
Love the films, but these are not the best looking, and looks ike they are the G2 giant size cases.👎
Here's the link to the first film.

LOL Beyond Thunderdome is now Mad Max 3, and apparently Wez and Autity are the heroes of part 2 & 3.

They probably think someone will mistake Turner for Beyoncé

wonder why they have a jumbo steel advertised on amazon, probably a misprint?... they did screw the titles up on the other 2, kinda ruins it... I will probably just get the first one and put all my discs in it so I can get rid of my tin

Now amazon.fr shows new cover arts with Max on all 3 editions.
Hope these are definitive, I really prefer them over the previous ones (which are still displayed on blu-ray.com).

So, amazon.fr or blu-ray.com, which one is to be trusted about artworks?

Artwork looks the same to me on both amazon and here.

You might wanna take another look (blu-ray.com left - amazon.fr right):

MAD MAX
[Show spoiler]

MAD MAX 2
[Show spoiler]

Beyond Thunderdome is the only one that matches by now.
