Poll: Halloween/Friday the 13th/Twin Peaks - Blu-ray Forum

I love the first Halloween, but I'm relatively unfamiliar with the rest of them, and I enjoy the first couple of Friday the 13th movies, but I'm unfamiliar with the rest of them too. I've never seen any of the Twin Peaks tv episodes or the movies either at all.

The only thing that I have, or am familiar with out of these three is the first Halloween movie, which I love and is one of my favorites. I have a couple of bucks available from my tax refund, but can only afford one of them. One of my favorite tv shows of all time is The X-Files, which I've heard compared to Twin Peaks, but I also love old school horror.

Anyone familiar with all three of these, which one would you recommend that I spend my money on?

I'd be willing to sell off almost all of the blu-rays that I own to have The X-Files on blu-ray, but as of right now, that's not an option.

Well, with Twin Peaks having the overwhelming lead of three times as many votes as Halloween or Friday the 13th (3 votes to their 1 each

), I decided to give it a try. Picked it up today for $67.50.

I didn't expect such a vast response to this poll

but thanks to those who participated.

I see you've already made your choice, and you can't go wrong with Twin Peaks. While the first Halloween is great and I enjoy most of the Friday the 13th series, as a complete package Twin Peaks is easily superior.
