I think empty cases actually make sense since that's why people buy these things. Many people don't even open their Steelbooks.

I would be more then willing to drop $5 on these but I doubt that any company wants to put out empty SB's anymore. Why do that when they can over charge and put a movie in it.

Not including a disc eliminates lost sales from people selling unused/unwanted discs.
