Unfortunately,you have a 50-50 shot of receiving this in mint condition because of their lackluster quality of boxing their steelbooks to get to your destination.

I have a region free player. That would play it right? Is that what you are referring to by locked?
I honestly wouldnt even open it. Just put a platic cover over it and display it on a stand but the long distance travel does concern me a bit.

Steelbook plans seem to have been canceled as the listing now reads "keep case + slipcover". The thread should probably be deleted to avoid user confusion.
