Japan Legend of Sirius [1981 anime] (Sanrio)

http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%82%B7%E3%83%AA%E3%82%A6%E3%82%B9%E3%81%AE%E4%B C%9D%E8%AA%AC-Blu-ray-%E5%8F%A4%E8%B0%B7%E5%BE%B9/dp/B00CPDRTAO/

Wow! I didn't know of this release, which is one of my most wanted anime films on Bluray.
Alas, it does not include English subtitles, and comments say the quality is not good.
Although from what I understand the release is grainy with dirt etc., and they wanted a completely clean and degrained ala Disney Bluray?
If that's the case I would be happy with this since it will resemble a film print.

I have this and the quality is EXCELLENT. Definitely akin and on par with the 2 UNICO releases (some spots here and there, but definitely a colorful and true HD release, as opposed to a blurry upconvert). While I do really like the majority of the Disney releases (and do not mind DNR, especially with animated releases), the grain is very fine, as opposed to how grainy the first release of THE LAST UNICORN blu-ray is.

I just don't understand why Sanrio did not release this with English audio and/or subtitles (as well as their NUTCRACKER release), being that this has both, and the UNICO blu-rays have English audio.

Because they want less people to buy this of course!
Who needs more money from more people?
