I have asked morningtoke to confirm this.

But it appears these are Steelbooks. (No confirmation yet)

They're definitely some kind of metal case from the looks of it. Artwork is pretty cool

Agreed. The artwork definitely suits the movie. These would look great on a shelf next to each other

Glad I got my UK steelbook for the first and CA steelbook for the second dirt cheap so I can justify getting these.

I've only seen the first. Are the other two worthy of $18 blind buys or should I wait for a sale if they last that long?

If I recall weren't these supposed to be Metalpaks? I have a feeling we all talked about this before long ago.

Better not be metalpaks. But if they are, then that's fine, too. I just won't buy them.

I have no recollection of Lionsgate ever releasing a metalpack.

Now am not saying these are Steelbooks, we have no way to know until they come in this weekend.

But things to note:
They dont say only @ BestBuy, but I have not seen this at any other retailer as of yet.

The Price, pretty high for a non new release.(they are advertize as including a DVD, that could be an error since EXP 2 didnt include a DVD originally)

The timing, EXP 4 is in pre-production with a 2017 release. I cant think of a theatrical realese to tie these with? Hunger games sequel, maybe? Creed is MGM/Warner release.

This are just odd ducks at the moment.

Only if you reallyyyy want a steelbook. IMO the movies themselves are worth at most $10 for all.

I submitted an order for all three online, the website gave me an automatic Wednesday arrival date, the website says they are preparing them for shipping but no movement as of yet.

I am thinking of canceling the order if they don't ship tomorrow.

Some stores have them allready. They were released last Tuesday.

Alright, I saw these metal cases tonight at Best Buy. They look pretty good to me, but I didn't buy them. $17.99 each is a bit much.

If they come down in price I will reconsider.
