After what his schemes put Sansa through last season, I think you could make a compelling argument that Little Finger is the worst.

The stuff Sansa went through last season is small in comparison to the other stuff Little Finger done, though. He set in motions the events of GoT, the mastermind behind it. He had John Arryn killed and had everything planned out and followed it step by step through the seasons. Plus he is still out there somewhere and I'm sure his plan isn't even close to being finished. Everybody is his pawn.

That's the point, she's hot and evil, just your type. Hope you get there before Jaime Lannister does. Why isn't the mountain on this list? I wanted to reach through the TV and kill him after he poked out that guy's eyes. I don't care what happens to Sansa, of Eddard Stark's children I like her by far the least. So weak and whiny.

How am I the only one who has voted Ramsay (so far)? There are plenty of despicable characters to choose from, but everyone else has shown mercy at some point, including Joffrey. Plus, Joffrey may have had some evil tendencies (obviously), but he was so dumb that he was more bark than bite half the time. Ramsay is evil and smart, which makes him that much worse.

I can make arguments in favor of the others, but Ramsay there is almost no argument to be made. There's no excuse for the way he dehumanizes his enemies.

You can tie almost every single character death back to Little Finger. He is responsible for the vast majority of wrong doing in the show.

Ramsey Bolton is horrifying but yes Little Finger is probably the puppet pulling the strings behind all the evil in Winterfell. I hope Khaleesi's dragons eat him first.

I can understand why people would vote Little Finger, but his motivations are so unclear at this point. Plus, maybe I've forgotten the details, but Joffrey beheading Ned was not a part of Little Finger's original plans. Meaning, he's been just adjusting on the fly since the death of Jon Arryn. I wouldn't call him a puppet master, just an anarchist.

Joffrey was absolutely a loose cannon, if it weren't for his grandfather he would've ground Winterfell into ash and dust. Couldn't stand that kid at all, which is why he got my vote even though I hate Ramsey as well. Going to watch this again despite how it makes me feel before the premiere in 2 months.

If it weren't for his grandfather, Joffrey would have advanced his troops to the point that he would have been crushed by the north. Joffrey was a horrible strategist. That's what makes him such a huge step below Ramsay. Little Finger is strategic as well, but his motivations could be for good (plus, it's not like he cuts guys' privates off and skins people alive).

Different from book, so it's difficult to get a reading on a character in these sort of instances. The thing with this world is that every character does horrific things. Jon Snow is the only clean cut good guy. The point I'm trying to make with Little Finger is that his motivations are so unclear as to what he would do with a high position of power. If he sat on the throne, for all we know he could rule it with a lot of insight and have the country united. The problem with him is that he's so destructive on his rise to power. But just because he's better at playing the game doesn't mean that he's more evil. Everyone is working to their own benefit.

He setup the War of The Five Kings, delivered Sansa to Ramsey knowing what would happen, killed Joffery and had Tyrion take the fall. The list goes on and on. He played each side against one another and had all believing he was with them. He prevented the Tyrells from siding with Stannis. He is out for himself and intentional or not his actions led to the deaths of Ned, Catelyn, and Rob and that is just from the Stark clan.
