Help! - Blu-ray Forum

I keep trying to go on blu-ray.com on my phone but it keeps saying error 42. I have to turn my wifi off to go on. I realize this doesn't belong on this forum but I'm not sure where it does belong. Can anyone help me with the error?

I don't have an answer for the error, but the right place to post this is in the Feedback Forum.

Whether you get an answer there, I don't know. Sometimes threads can go ignored, even there - it's pretty hit or miss.

I think i've seen that error before on my phone. It could be site maintenance. I'm on the site using my phone now, so try again.

go to google and search for "error 42 on phone". you will see a number of resolve tips.
