Paramount lenticular catalog releases

I have been searching for a list of the Paramount catalog releases that came with the leticular slips. I know most were exclusives to Best Buy. These are the ones I know of:

Airplane!
Naked Gun
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
The Ring
Pet Semetary
Minority Report
Scrooged

Am I missing any?

Thank you...I understand that there is a list of all the lenticular's...My question was pretty specific and I searched the topic. I am just trying to make sure I have all the Paramount specific covers that were mostly exclusive.
